It’s 1937, the Great Depression is taking hold, people are penniless, they starve, they are desperate.
After the battle of New York City, Teller goes into hiding up on the Blue Ridge Mountains. Then, beside the huge Skyline Drive development, a mysterious cross appears, like it has been pushed from the very earth; beneath it, a Daemon is buried, the most wicked of Daemons who could singlehandedly bring down mankind if released.
After discovering the cross, two of Teller’s acquaintances suddenly disappear into the brush, and when talk of the return of the most evil witches ever to haunt the Americas begin the surface, the town of Front Royal becomes the epicentre for something straight out of folklore.
Teller, with the assistance of a travelling salesman, who has a mission all of his own, investigate the disappearances, what they uncover could bring the Darkness across the world.
